Tony Pfeiffer


Tony Pfeiffer, MMG Education’s founding partner understands the challenges that face school governors and principals, having served on the Council of a leading independent school for over 9 years.

During his time on council he initiated, designed and oversaw the implementation of three comprehensive satisfaction stakeholder surveys.

Other key aspects of his time on council related to the development of the school’s marketing plan, scholarship policies and procedures, boarding blueprints and staff development programs.

Tony has over 30 years’ senior level experience in general management. This has included national responsibilities as General Manager of British Oxygen Company in New South Wales and Managing Director of BOC Gases associate companies in Asia and the Pacific Islands.

Over the past 10 years he has focused entirely on the education segment and has developed a ‘best practice’ admissions process and training program.

He is passionate about working with school leaders relating to major challenges facing schools such as quality of teaching, staff welfare and student wellbeing.

Nicholas Guyatt


Nicholas has more than 30 years’ experience as a Primary and Secondary teacher and administrator in the Catholic and non-Catholic independent school systems in Victoria and New South Wales. Prior to joining MMG Education, Nicholas held senior appointments at The Scots College, Sydney, for 18 years including those of Headmaster of the Preparatory School (Pre School to Year 6) and Dean of the College.

At MMG Education, Nicholas has been involved in research projects that have covered stakeholder and best practice enrolment reviews, performance reviews and strategic planning.

Nicholas is a graduate of Monash University and the University of New South Wales, (DipT, Cert Sch Mgmt, MEdAdmin). He is a Member of the Australian College of Educators (MACE) and the Australian Marketing & Social Research Society (MAMSRS).

Robert Pfeiffer

Director of Operations

Robert was educated at The Scots College, Sydney and completed his engineering degree at The University of Sydney followed by a business degree at UNE.

Joining MMG in 2009, Robert is currently responsible for the operational aspects of MMG Education and in driving the company to ‘best practice’ processes, systems and research methodologies.

Robert has been instrumental in questionnaire development, data modelling and utilisation of online technology as well as playing a key role in client support.

Jason Enriquez

Senior Manager School Clients

Jason holds a Bachelor of Business (Honours) from the University of Technology Sydney, with First Class Honours in Marketing.

In 2014 Jason joined the MMG Education team as a marketing analyst, since then he has taken on the role of school client manager. In 2019 Jason was appointed senior manager and is involved with a large number of school projects across the Asia-Pacific region, including but not limited to parent, prospective parent, student, staff and alumni surveys.

Jason plays a lead role in all facets of the design and implementation of survey instruments and is instrumental in preparing reports which provide insights and implementation strategies for our client schools and provides support to our team of school client managers drawing on his extensive experience

Since joining Jason has assisted and developed reviews for a wide variety of different schools throughout Australia and the Asia-Pacific region. These include parent, prospective parent, student, staff, administration services, boarding, alumni, leadership team reviews and more.

Jason has a keen interest in marketing research and is determined to keep up-to-date with leading edge techniques and practices.

Corey Gallagher

Manager School Clients

Corey is a project manager who has been a member of the MMG Education team since 2015. Corey is passionate about social research and human behaviour and loves to question what drives people particularly in education sector.

In his time at MMG, Corey has played a major role in managing large projects involving many schools. He has also helped to develop new research questionnaires relating to staff culture and climate.

Corey strives to work collaboratively with clients to best meet their research needs throughout the research process.

Marian Alcedo

Manager School Clients

Marian holds a Bachelor of Mathematics and Finance from the University of Technology, Sydney.

Marian previously headed up the analytics team at MMG and introduced best-practice research methodologies. After a short time pursuing tertiary studies, Marian returned to MMG and has assumed the role on Manager School Clients.

In this role, Marian provides support to a number of schools managing and co-ordination the project cycle, from conception to conclusion. Marian has significant day to day contact with schools to ensure school leaders are kept fully informed of the project status.

Marian's prior experience in data analysis and research has enabled her to bring deep insights to the management of clients and the interpretation of data.

Mathew Pfeiffer

Consultant Psychologist

Mathew was educated at the University of New England and Macquarie University where he completed a combined Arts/Commerce Bachelor Degree and Post Graduate Diploma in Psychology. Mathew went on to obtain his full psychologist registration through the College of Professional Psychology in 2011. He is currently undertaking a combined Masters of Psychology (Clin) /PhD at the Australian Catholic University.

Mathew acts as a consultant to MMG, assisting with instrument design, statistical analyses and data interpretation, liaising with industry partners and communicating current research and theory to inform processes and client service.

Kevin Hwang

Research Analyst

Kevin Hwang completed his tertiary education at the University of Sydney, completing a degree in Economics, majoring in Economics and Finance.

Kevin joined MMG in 2018, and primarily works on analysing data, creating charts and preparing reports. Since joining MMG, Kevin has created a numerous amount of Excel and PowerPoint macros to speed up the analysis, charting and reporting processes.

Kevin was also a former prolific swimmer, having competed in the Korean Youth National Games and in the Korean National Sports Festival.

Ria Alcedo

Research Analyst

Ria holds a Bachelor Degree of Science from the University of New South Wales and has an interest in the human mind and behaviours.

She assists in analysing and interpreting raw data using qualitative and quantitative research methods to provide clients the valuable insights on their performance. Ria is interested in data visualisation techniques, in order to turn numerical to creative visual outputs.

Max Ryan

Research Analyst

Max holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from Macquarie University, Sydney.

Max assists in data analysis and creation of charts and commentary. He plays a role in creating and refining MMG's student wellbeing reports, as well as developing new ways to convey complex research findings to a wide audience in simple, understandable terms.

Max is interested in incorporating recent academic research findings into MMG's catalogue of research instruments, and is keen to use his background in research to develop novel solutions to unique research questions proposed by clients.
