Tony Pfeiffer

Director

Tony Pfeiffer, MMG Education’s founding partner understands the challenges that face school governors and principals, having served on the Council of a leading independent school for over 9 years.

During his time on council he initiated, designed and oversaw the implementation of three comprehensive satisfaction stakeholder surveys.

Other key aspects of his time on council related to the development of the school’s marketing plan, scholarship policies and procedures, boarding blueprints and staff development programs.

Tony has over 30 years’ senior level experience in general management. This has included national responsibilities as General Manager of British Oxygen Company in New South Wales and Managing Director of BOC Gases associate companies in Asia and the Pacific Islands.

Over the past 10 years he has focused entirely on the education segment and has developed a ‘best practice’ admissions process and training program.

He is passionate about working with school leaders relating to major challenges facing schools such as quality of teaching, staff welfare and student wellbeing.


Nicholas Guyatt

Director

Nicholas has more than 30 years’ experience as a Primary and Secondary teacher and administrator in the Catholic and non-Catholic independent school systems in Victoria and New South Wales. Prior to joining MMG Education, Nicholas held senior appointments at The Scots College, Sydney, for 18 years including those of Headmaster of the Preparatory School (Pre School to Year 6) and Dean of the College.

At MMG Education, Nicholas has been involved in research projects that have covered stakeholder and best practice enrolment reviews, performance reviews and strategic planning.

Nicholas is a graduate of Monash University and the University of New South Wales, (DipT, Cert Sch Mgmt, MEdAdmin). He is a Member of the Australian College of Educators (MACE) and the Australian Marketing & Social Research Society (MAMSRS).


Robert Pfeiffer

Director of Operations

Robert was educated at The Scots College, Sydney and completed his engineering degree at The University of Sydney followed by a business degree at UNE.

Joining MMG in 2009, Robert is currently responsible for the operational aspects of MMG Education and in driving the company to ‘best practice’ processes, systems and research methodologies.

Robert has been instrumental in questionnaire development, data modelling and utilisation of online technology as well as playing a key role in client support.


Jason Enriquez

Manager School Clients

Jason holds a Bachelor of Business (Honours) from the University of Technology Sydney, with First Class Honours in Marketing.

In 2014 Jason joined the MMG Education team as a marketing analyst, since then he has taken on the role of project manager. His role deals with tailoring and fine tuning research instruments, interpreting findings to review performance and liaising with clients to resolve any project matters.

Since joining Jason has assisted and developed reviews for a wide variety of different schools across the Asia-Pacific region. These include parent, prospective parent, student, staff, administration services, boarding, alumni, leadership team reviews and more.

Jason has a keen interest in marketing research and is determined to keep up-to-date with leading edge techniques and practices.


Lucas Huang

Manager School Clients

Having joined MMG Education in 2014 as a data analyst, Lucas has since moved into the role of project manager.

As a senior manager of school clients, Lucas has been involved with a large number of school projects across the Asia-Pacific region, including but not limited to parent, prospective parent, student, staff and alumni surveys.

Lucas plays a lead role in all facets of the design and implementation of survey instruments and is instrumental in preparing reports which provide insights and implementation strategies for all our client schools.

Lucas also provides support to our team of project managers and data analysts drawing his extensive experience in both roles.

With an information system and IT background, Lucas has also made a significant contribution to the development of the MMG Education website and MMG Education Benchmark database.


Corey Gallagher

Manager School Clients

Corey is a dedicated researcher and project manager. Corey has been a member of the MMG Education team for two years. In that time he has managed 110 school projects for wide variety of schools across Australia.

Corey comes from a strong research background in psychology and loves to question what drives people and their views with regards to education.

His expertise lies in developing bespoke solutions based on the diverse needs of our client schools. As a manager of school clients, Corey provides support to schools throughout projects, from conception to conclusion.


Marian Alcedo

Data Analyst

Marian holds a Bachelor of Mathematics and Finance from the University of Technology, Sydney.

Marian leads the Data Analyst team in the analysis of data using sophisticated statistical techniques to provide deep and meaningful insights to our client schools. Marian also assists in data interpretation and developing those findings into a concise and actionable format that our clients utilise in their continual improvement.


Boni Song

Data Analyst

Educated at the National University of Singapore andthe University of East Anglia, UK, Boni holds a Bachelor degree of Statistics and Applied Probability, and a Master degree in Financial Management.

Boni assists in the analysis of data and preparation of charts and commentary. She also plays a part in the development of research instruments.


Mathew Pfeiffer

Consultant

Mathew was educated at the University of New England and Macquarie University where hecompleted a combined Arts/Commerce Bachelor degree and Post Graduate Diploma in Psychology. Mathew went on to obtain his full psychologist registration through the College of Professional Psychology in 2011. He is currently undertaking a combined Masters of Psychology (Clin) /PhD at the Australian Catholic University.

Mathew acts as a consultant to MMG, assisting with instrument design, statistical analysis and data interpretation, liaising with industry partners and communicating current research and theory to inform processes and client service.
