Tony Pfeiffer, MMG Education’s founding partner understands the challenges that face school governors and principals, having served on the Council of a leading independent school for over 9 years.
During his time on council he initiated, designed and oversaw the implementation of three comprehensive satisfaction stakeholder surveys.
Other key aspects of his time on council related to the development of the school’s marketing plan, scholarship policies and procedures, boarding blueprints and staff development programs.
Tony has over 30 years’ senior level experience in general management. This has included national responsibilities as General Manager of British Oxygen Company in New South Wales and Managing Director of BOC Gases associate companies in Asia and the Pacific Islands.
Over the past 10 years he has focused entirely on the education segment and has developed a ‘best practice’ admissions process and training program.
He is passionate about working with school leaders relating to major challenges facing schools such as quality of teaching, staff welfare and student wellbeing.
